- Example Sentence: Brazil employers give 30 days holiday, and employees take all 30 days. There are no days not used.
Method 1: to reverse the information (change the order)
- Brazil employees (workers) take 30 days of their vacation, which is all of their vacation days.
Method 2: to give an evaluation of the result
- Brazil has the highest number of vacation days (30), and they (workers) take all of their holidays
Method 3: to give your opinion (I think that… / I was surprised because …)

Activity: we often use percent to give us a summary of results; its a simple and easy method to do; also it is easy to understand and think about results
Steps: please follow
- add the total – 220 responses
- to calculate the percent for each item (responses =5)
- calculate the percent for each response (item)
For example; response 1 is 129 out of total 220; what is the percent of 129 out of 220? = 58.6%; response 2 is 40 out of a total of 220 – 18.1%
