Follow these lesson steps:

2. Listen, and make a list of key-vocabulary and phrases, between 10-15words. Check the meaning of these words using your dictionary.

5. There are two exercises to submit;
- Summarize this topic video – 100 words in the eBlog; Title “Video Summary”
- Prepare a short speech titled “My Diet” 45 seconds; including good points and bad points, and opinion (15seconds each part). Use note cards!
