Writing objectives:
Repeaters: complete your essay tonight, and include key words (3 or 4) and list under your title
First timers: complete your essay; this is called template writing – everyone will see me: music, history, medicine, astronomy
- select a new topic;
- write three paragraphs – each paragraph 4 sentences (total – 12 sentences)
- introduction paragraph; topic (introduction), define topic, give opinion, say why the topic is important
- opinion paragraph; give your general opinion, explain your opinion, give example 1, and example 2
- conclusion paragraph; say again why this topic is important, say again your general opinion, impact sentence (to make the reader think more about the topic), one sentance of new information(you can ask a question).
