What to consider about giving graph information

  • The heading you will use in your text – shorten title for example
  • What specific information will your use to introduce your graph
  • What part of the graph will you explain to support your main ideas
  • What way will you explain the information; low / high; or range; and or making conparisons
  • Another way is to draw information from a graph and provide grave ideas in your context – I will give examples.

What is one of our most important things to remember about writing an essay? We need a purpose goal. For example:

  1. to convince your readers about something – linking facts of research to your ideas
  2. increase / build awareness about an issue. problem. or situation – often for the first time
  3. to build upon people previous knowledge and expand on new knowledge
