Aim: To practice your speech in small groups; improve your speech; and present

Checklist: follow these steps, in any order, as many times as you want to (repeat these steps)

  • check your time – read at a normal speed
  • editing – sometimes we need to add words or a sentence / deleting words or sentences

Speech Preparation: to present it is important to use your speech card as a tool for speaking. This is not a reading exercise.

  • Highlight the key words / phrases (about 10-12)
  • Read – Look Up & Speak the highlighted text
  • You do not have to memorize your speech

Student Example:

  • Important name / company name / persons name (animal name) / country name
