Physical Dimension: What do you do that is physical everyday? Make a list of 7-8 things everyday.

  • walk a lot / walk to the bus stop / walk the dog

  • use the stairs
  • stretching
  • bike riding

Template: A template is a way or method to record information

  • Title: Walk the dog
  • Explanation: I have to walk the dog in the morning and at night
  • Frequency: I usually walk my dog about 10 times a week [how often you do something / how many times]
  • Intensity: This is a low intensity exercise because I can take my time. [intensity=effort to do something. There is ‘low’ and ‘high’ intensity]
  • Level of enjoyment: I enjoy walking my dog on a nice sunny day, but it’s not fun when its raining or in winter [a comparison of good and bad]
  • Title: Going to the gym

Procedure: Select 1 low intensity activity and 1 high intensity activity, use the template to write the information
