Aim: To join a ZOOM session

Procedure: follow the steps below;

  1. Log into your zoom account
  2. click on the invitation link OR join a session by using the Meeting ID and Passcode

  • share screen for classwork, for example, powerpoint
  • share screen and record PowerPoint presentations; start your own zoom session (only you) – share your screen – open your PowerPoint – click on the menu (…) – start recording – present (remember to move your TV screen to the top right) – stop recording when you finish – end the meeting – the video file (mp4) will automatically download into the Zoom folder in your computer – you can click on the mp4 file and watch (for example QuickTime player).
