Please submit before the next class thank you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aim: To report about culture through movies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Method: Select a Japanese movie, or Japanese animation, or Japanese drama<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Procedure: Complete the following limits and writing parts.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are three limits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>word count<\/li><li>time \u2013 seconds<\/li><li>no limit<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are 5 parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Movie \/ Animation Title : no limit<\/li><li>Introduction (opener \/ topic statement \/ preview: word count (30)<\/li><li>Movie plot \/ setting : word count (30)<\/li><li>Character (s) : word count (30)<\/li><li>Question: What does this movie \/ animation teach about Japanese culture : time \u2013 seconds (45)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Japanese culture: a lot of things can be learned by watching movies and animation, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>clothes<\/li><li>food<\/li><li>history \/ famous stories<\/li><li>places and scenery of Japan<\/li><li>people and relationships<\/li><li>beliefs (what people believe) and ideas<\/li><li>language<\/li><li>different people characters<\/li><li>seasons of Japan<\/li><li>other interesting things\u2026<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to submit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Parts 1 to 4 \u2013 eBlog<\/li><li>Part 5 \u2013 video record (selfie and send to me)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a rubric or assessment criteria. We can use for self-evaluation; peer-evaluation (feedback to other students) or teacher final grade. Today please use for evaluating your own speech (45seconds).
