Based on the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (2012), this program is rated as an intermediate program.

• Minor: Festivals, Seminars, Local events, Short Programs (1-6 classes)
• Low Intermediate: Social Programs with language study
• Intermediate: Social Programs with language study including “CLIL” – Classes based on learning other subjects in English.
• High Intermediate: Social Programs with language study including “CLIL” – Classes based on learning other subjects in English; Foreigners and Japanese participants [participants and teachers]

サークルメンバーは3人の留学生を昼食に招待しました。学校のカフェテリアで食事をした後、キャンパスツアーを行いました。英語を使ってコミュニケーションを取りました。富士高校の生徒たちのコミュニケーション能力は大きく向上しました。皆、この経験を楽しみました。/ The club members invited the three international students to lunch. After eating in the school cafeteria, they went on a campus tour. They communicated in English. The Fuji High School students’ communication skills improved greatly. Everyone enjoyed the experience.

3つの国籍; バンドで演奏

生徒たちは小さな音楽イベントを開こうと考えました。そして、こうなりました。/ The students decided to hold a small musical event, and this is what happened.

レポート：フジ・イングリッシュ・サークルとバンドメンバー2名が一緒に演奏しました。まずバンドメンバー2名が3曲演奏し、その後、ゲストの方々が演奏と歌を披露しました。ミニコンサートは皆様にお楽しみいただけました。/ Report: Fuji English Circle and two band members performed together. First, the two band members performed three songs, and then the guests performed and sang. Everyone enjoyed the mini concert.

私たちの生徒たちは6週間で大きな自信を獲得しました。/ Our students have gained a lot of confidence in just six weeks.

目標：自由に話す / Aim: speak freely

先生のトークタイム: 10分 / Teacher Talk Time: 10 minutes

生徒のトークタイム: 90分 / Student Talk Time: 90 minutes

観察 / Observations:

1. 生徒が監督されていない場合、生徒はよりリラックスした気分になります。/ Students feel more relaxed when they are not supervised.
2. 生徒は間違いを犯してもストレスを感じにくくなります。/ Students will feel less stressed when they make mistakes.
3. 生徒達はより助け合い、他の生徒からのサポートも受けています。/ Students are more supportive and receive more support from other students.

外国人の観察 / Observation of foreigners

1. 外国人は忍耐と親切を示します。それは信頼を築くのに役立ちます。/ Foreigners show patience and kindness, which helps build trust.
2. 会話の中で外国人が講師になります。/ In the conversation, a foreigner will be the tutor.
3. 外国人はヒントを与えたり、単語を教えたりして生徒を助けます。/ Foreigners help students by giving hints and teaching vocabulary.
