There are various ways to do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may ask Yes\/No Questions to invite some examples:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Can you be a bit more specific?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#ffe5d1\" class=\"has-inline-color\">What you mean is &#8230; (right)?<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does that happen?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may ask WH Questions to invite reason or example&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What&#8217;s wrong with &#8230; ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What do you mean?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What do you mean by &#8230;?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How do you mean (exactly)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What&#8217;s (it) for?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In what way (&#8230;)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What does that involve?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What sort of &#8230; ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why&#8217;s that (&#8230;)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Why not (&#8230;)?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How come (&#8230;)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If someone hasn&#8217;t understood your argument, you may say:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>That&#8217;s not what I meant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That&#8217;s not what I was trying to say\/explain\/&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No, what I meant was &#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What I&#8217;m trying to say is &#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sometimes you may want to clarify someone&#8217;s argument.
