Read it every morning and every night. Do this for a month, and watch if something happens. (23words)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important point:<\/strong> do not copy and paste the video text. Use the key words \/ phrases \/ and sentence grammar (target language &#8211; TL). Try and use your own words as well, use the sentences from the video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Listen to the video Heading 2 [2:00 &#8211; 2:30]<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write a summary: what is the important information (20words)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Task 5: Myself<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steps: What is something you want to improve \u6539\u5584 (make changes \/ make better). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For example:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wake up early in the morning, go to bed earlier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>improve my diet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exercise more<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>join a club activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>get a part-time job<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>study<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activity Task 5: Please explain what you want to improve \u6539\u5584 (20-30 words)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Teacher example:<\/strong> I want to improve my diet. I sometimes skip breakfast and I eat a lot of snacks at night. I want to eat more red meat and vegetables. (28words)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Task 6: Try something for the first time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is there something you want to do for the first time? Or something you want to get?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> F<strong>or example:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>learn to drive \/ get a drivers license<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>play a sport (tennis)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>learn the piano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>join a dance circle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>travel to Tokyo (go to Disney)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activity Task 6: Please explain what you want to try \/ do for the first time. Why?
